The Canton Legends is a professional indoor football team from Canton, Ohio. The squad plays its home games at the Canton Memorial Civic Center. The Legends plays in and was a founding member of the American Indoor Football League.

The American Indoor Football League formed in 2005. In the league�s first season, six teams participated. The Canton Legends won just three and lost seven games in the squad�s first season, tying for fourth in the league. The team advanced to the playoffs, losing to the Erie Freeze in the semifinals.
