The Central Ohio Lions is a semi-professional football team from Washington Court House, Ohio. The team originally played in the Lake Shore Football League. The Lions remained in this league for four seasons (1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002). The squad won its division each year and also won the league championship three out its four seasons in the league.

In 1993, the Central Ohio Lions joined the Crossroads Football League. The team completed the 2003 season undefeated and emerged as league champions. The next year, the Lions rejoined the Lake Shore Football League, winning the league championship with another undefeated season. In 2005, the Lions joined the Mid Continental Football League, emerging with a record of seven wins and four losses in its inaugural season in the league.
