{ The Cincinnati Silverbacks was a professional indoor soccer team from Cincinnati, Ohio. The team played in the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL).

The Cincinnati Silverbacks originally played in Dayton, Ohio, as the Dayton Dynamo. The Dayton team began play in 1987 remained in Dayton until the end of the 1994 season. Declining support from Dayton fans prompted the Dynamo to relocate to Cincinnati.

The Silverbacks remained in the National Professional Soccer League for three seasons. In the 1995-1996 season, the team finished fifth in the NPSL [[Category:{$topic}]]
