The Cleveland Nets was a professional tennis team from Cleveland, Ohio. The Nets played in and was one of the founding organizations of the World Professional Team Tennis (WPTT) league. This league existed from 1974 until 1978, when it ceased operations. In 1981, the league resumed play, now known as TeamTennis.

The Cleveland Nets played for four seasons in the WPTT. The team never reached the league championship series. Following the 1977 season, the Nets relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, becoming the New Orleans Nets. The principal reason for this move was the lack of fan support in Cleveland. The New Orleans Nets ceased to exist with the suspension of league activities at the end of the 1978 season.
