The Cleveland Stokers was a professional soccer team from Cleveland, Ohio. The squad originally played in the United Soccer Association (USA), but the team later joined the North American Soccer League (NASL). The NASL remained in existence from 1968 until 1984.

In 1967, the Cleveland Stokers was one of the founding teams of the USA. In 1968, the USA merged with the National Professional Soccer League to create the NASL. The Stokers played only one season in the NASL, disbanding following the 1968 season due to a lack of fan support. During the teams two seasons of existence, the squad won nineteen, tied fifteen, and lost ten matches, earning the Stokers the fourth-best winning percentage among all NASL teams.
